    This is old news though. Just confirming his B-Sample results.

    His defence is along the lines of "my Bio Passport showed no anomalies so therefore I can't have taken EPO".

    Just shows that the passport isn't foolproof, even a fool can get round it.

    Privy to insider information then? Or maybe the fact that Rabotini was caught by an out of competition test suggests the authorities were suspicious of his values, and chose to target him for some extra tests?

    That is true Andy, but it does show that riders are still of the belief that their values can be normal.
