Hi Guys,

Here is a video me and a friend made riding trails on Cleeve Hill in Cheltenham.
Just spent the day looking for new lines and found the little beauty that comes down around the cliff face. S much fun and i really love it a s a place to ride. Its one pof those local places that the more you ride the more stuff you find, after 3 years i still see cool new lines to try.

Anyway here is the video, please enjoy. Feedback is awlays welcome:
If anyone like the look of those trails and wants strava info i can give it.

Well done - a very nicely put together video. SO much better than the normal shakey-helmet-cam fare that gets served up here so often. Kudos for taking the time to set up the static shots with so much attention to framing, etc.

How long did the shoot take you?
  • Cheers mate. I had been wanting to do it for a while. Im guilty of using lots of PoV footage sometimes because it means you can just ride and forget about it!!

I had a full calear day saturday so took full advantage of it. Id say about 4 or 5 hours including all the riding and looking for new lines etc. Edit time was fairly short though, a few hours. Glad you enjoyed it.

This is a fun one along the front of the hill, most of whats shown on the video

This is one of my favourites, over the back down to washpool.

Umm, depends, i have a good 7 mile loop which doesnt venture too far but sometimes do a longer one that goes right over the back and is about 10-12 miles.

  • Did parts of the hill head first on an old fertilzer bag in thick snow. Brilliant fun. Shame I got old.

The only fault I can see is the camera on the tripod casting a shadow which is picked up by the camera, other than that it looks like a semi-pro set up.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
