Dear Matty

Stevo's regular visits to Wales has given me a great idea. I think I could combine sheep shagging with downhill mountain biking. I need to know:

1. How do you go about buying a hill.
2. How much do sheep cost, can I get used one's for a 'starter pack'?
3. How much gravel do I need to fork out for?
4. Should I let the clients chase the sheep downhill or should I rent a field out?
5. How do I go about advertising?

I have the van, it's a bit smelly but that probably suits them.

Your help would be much appreciated.
