Gore Bike Wear vs Altura jacket sizing...

Anyone got jackets from both these manufacturers?

Namely the Gore Bike Wear Contest 2.0 AS Windstopper and the Altura Attack 360 Waterproof Jacket

I have the Gore in an L and it fits perfectly, normally I'm a medium though so wandering which size to go for with the Altura.

    I have a Gore Winstopper and an Altura Mayhem.
    I go up one size for Gore, my 'usual' size for Altura - they are the one company that keeps to regular sizes rather than cyclist sizes. They seem to realise that not all riders are built like a professional road cyclist.
