Putting drop handlesbars on a Cannondale Bad Boy

I'd like to get rid of the flat bars and replace with drops. Is there a cheap way to do this?
The gears are standard Xram shifters and the brakes are cable discs.

    Think carefully about the measurements involved; bikes designed for stem/flat bars are a lot shorter than the stem/bar/hoods combination found on drop bar bikes, and have consequently different length top tubes.

    Measure it out carefully first.

    ...also, don't forget that drop bar shifters are pricey. A costly exercise if it doesn't work out well.
