Fitting a replacement rear brake - what adaptors?

Hi Guys,

my Hayes Sole has finally given up on the back, and a friend at work has gifted me his Hayes Stroker rear brake that he has since replaced.

I get very confused about the various mounts (Surely they could make it easier?) as as far as I am aware, my current Sole brakes use an IS mount - ie as I look at the bike it is bolting horizontally, and the Strokers seem to bolt down towards the ground - does that make sense?

So I think the Strokers are post mount?

So would I be correct in thinking I need an IS to post mount adaptor, OR would this do the job?

Does that work both ways, ie IS to post and IS to post?

Fairly sure my rear rotor is 160mm.

If not, can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Rear IS to Post, 160mm, so either the CRC or Wiggle link. Doubt you'll need 10.
    IS/Post or Post/IS - all the same just make sure you click rear.
