Hi

I've entered the Evans Rideit evenyt in Wiltsshire for the 26th Oct. On the website it says the GPS route will be published in advance. Does anyone know where and when as I can't find it.

Many thanks

I've been in touch with Evans and they have given me an answer. They will physically check the route for road works etc this week and then when it's finalised they will published the GPS route, probably Thursday.
I'll get back to mumbling to myself now rather than doing so online.

They published a proposed route on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/evanscycles/ph ... =1&theater Click on the picture and it should show you the different routes for different lengths.

Thanks apreading. The maps are also on the RIdeit website and are only guides. I was looking for a GPS of the route which they say they will publish on Thursday.

    In all seriousness, I like:

    a) Reviewing the route before hand to see if it looks good and where/how tough the climbs are
    b) if going with my son, thinking of some 'bail out' options if required
    c) My GPS telling me if I go off route (sometimes people have missed signs and gone miles off route)
    d) My GPS telling me how many miles still to go
