Current home insurance deals?

So its time for the annual Buildings and Contents renewal.
I should have moved from M&S last year, due to spiralling premiums, but never got around to it.
So I am looking for recommendation's if anyone can help?
Cover for bikes (and other items) in and out of home up to value of £2-3k with no silly stipulations
Thanks for your opinions

They are quite happy to:
1. Cover bikes in and out of home up to £1500 without being named. Cover in street fine as long as locked to something (and lock can be a cheapie from Home Bargains).
2. Cover bikes over £1500 on same terms provided named on policy.
No charge for any of above

Facebook? No. Just say no.
"sports equipment and portable musical instruments which are damaged while in use."
Quoted from the AA booklet, i assume that means iam not covered while iam actually on my bike? Or does that mean while actually using it for sport ie, racing etc
However i have since set up my new policy with santander who cover the bike away from home and while being used (unless racing) accidental damage. If the bike is worth more than £350 you need to specify the bike and value in the quote.
I now have bike cover and a smaller premium
I wouldn't as he's been barred form this very site...
Don't know anything about that, but he's a good guy that's done right by me. If anyone wants his contact for insurance then PM me.
