So, I'm not sure whether to put this under workshop or beginner, but figured it's more likely to be me doing something wrong than the bike...

Anyway, last couple of times I've been out riding I've felt like the forks are almost "buckling" and trying to put my wheel at 90 degrees to the direction of travel when I'm doing moderately sedate corners. I've recently shifted to a 50mm stem from a 70mm so I don't know whether I've done something to affect the bike's handling but it doesn't feel like I'm twitching the steering too much.

Does it sound like an issue with the forks diving (I am braking a bit before hitting the corner) or am I doing something wrong? Or do I just need to get used to the new stem length?

- Forks are Fox Float 32 140mm evolutions btw
