Customer service is good. They do keep their stock levels pretty accurate, whih is good as they don't have very large runs. At the moment some are available.
I also have their gamma headtorch as an emergency light in my pannier - most of the time I use a pannier for cycling.
*I have not used this feature although I have used the pocket for waterproof maps, and have used the integral back mat as a sitter at lunchtimes
Like Snowster I use the DHB Luggit Slice from Wiggle but I have the 15L one (http://www.wiggle.co.uk/dhb-luggit-slice-15l-rucksack/). Had it for 18 months and it's still going strong. Not waterproof but a small cheap drybag for electricals solves that problem for me. In the 15l I can get a tablet, shirt, underwear and lunch. Even manage a full set of clothes for dress down Friday (shoes have to go in the mesh side pockets).
Feels really light on my back and doesn't interfere with the ride. Great bags for the price.
