Does anybody know if pre firecrest Zipp 404's are 11 speed (Shimano) compatible ?

    I think you need to change the free hub to an 11 speed one, change the axle and redish the wheel. It's not a simple job. Getting hold of a Campagnolo freehub and running SHimano 11 on a Campagnolo 11 cassette is probably a lot simpler
