Different size teeth on chainring

I put my front derailleur on today, and was lining the teeth on the outer chainring up to the stuck-on guide when I noticed that two of the teeth are around 1.2-2mm longer than all the rest. (They are the teeth in front of the down tube in the picture.)

Is this normal? And if not, will it cause any problems? I'd have thought all teeth would have been the same size, but have never built by own bike before, so never really noticed. It's a Shimano XT Hollowtech II 2x10 chainset.
