What's up with Techdocs?

Does anyone know anything about Shimano's Techdocs service, which seems to be broken, ATM?
One of the main reasons I've always used Shimano components over SRAM was the fact that I could always rely on finding model-specific instructions and exploded diagrams, but now the main page is reduced to its bare bones and all the links seem to be broken.

I do hope they repair the old techdocs site, though - it was much easier to use.0
