Got some holidays to use up and fancy taking the long trip down to biker park Wales but want some riding along the way

Im travelling from Edinburgh and looking to spend 4 days away in October with Wales BP in the middle of the trip

My usual haunt is Glentress and like riding hardpack type of trials

Any suggestions of good trails along the way to break up the driving?

not sure about the north of England, but in wales working your way down would be, llandegla and coed y brenin then on the drive down, maybe a quick stop at nant yr arian and do the short loop (takes about an hour) just to break up the drive to BPW. then day after BPW you could do either afan or cwmcarn. then on your way home stop at Forest of Dean for a play on the short fun trails.

    sorted :D

Or maybe head over to the lakes, ride Whinlatter, then down to Llandegla & BPW? I reckon you'd like Brechfa too, but thats further on from BPW into South Wales.

Down the M6, grab Gisburn, in to Wales, and Antur Stiniog, down to Bikepark Wales. Up to the M5, avoiding the Severn Crossing, and up to Cannock Chase and the final run back up the M6.

Should cut out huge drives in between trails.
