Strange graphic or frame problem?

While cleaning my bike today I spotted something that I have never seen before.
I have a 2014 Cannondale Synapse carbon 6 and on the rear of the seat post is this strange wiggly grey line:-
I've had the bike a few months but I have never seen this before. Is it just a strange graphic or some weird defect in the paint/carbon?

Your suffering from Frame Miner.
Its an insect that eats polymer. The grub is tiny and burrows through the plastic.
Very similar to the leaf miner...

It's meant to be there; visible in the pics on this website. Sure it's some mountain pass. I was thinking Stelvio but I can't find a map of it.

Oh, its the seat tube, not seat post. Seat post is the thing sticking out of the seat tube.
