Bottom Bracket identification?

Yesterday I went for my longest ride thus far (60 miles: Strava)

Doing ~45mph I hit a sunken drain pretty hard and got a pinch flat.
But I think it may have also done a bit of damage to my bottom bracket as it's now a bit creaky.

I was looking to just buy a brand new one, haven't taken the bike apart yet, is there anyway of finding out which brand/size I need?

This is my bike:

That just states: Bottom Bracket: FSA

I've watched some YouTube videos and the replacement doesn't look too hard, or should I just take it to my LBS and let them do the full works with a replacement part they supply?

I doubt that you've damaged your bottom bracket by hitting a sunken drain. How old is it and how many miles has it done?

Chainset is an FSA Vero if you're determined to replace it. Cannondales usually have BB30 press-fit bottom bracket shells. (although I read something recently about them using a new, different standard BB30A  )

Further reading suggests that FSA Vero chainsets are JIS square taper, so I'm assuming you have some kind of adapter in your BB shell and a standard screw-in cartridge type square taper BB. Possibly.
