I'll get some better pics up when I can, but here's my nomad :D

I got it for a bargain price and I knew there was a few issues with it. I've had to change the rear end bearings in it and I found a small crack on the seat post weld that I had to have sorted. But even after all that it's still come in at costing about £1100. But as I sold and swapped other parts to get it, what it's actually cost me is hardly anything :D

I'd be worried if he had tried to weld up a carbon frame. ;)

Yeah alloy, even I'm not that stupid to think to weld carbon ;)

I should have listed the spec:

Mk1 nomad frame with dhx5.0 shock
    Fox van 36 forks
    Thompson lay back seat post
    Easton monkey bar handle bars
    PRO koryak stem
SLX 2x10 drive chain with shadow+ rear mech
    Formula 'the one' brakes
    Mavic cross trail rear wheel
    Hope hoops/dt Swiss front wheel.

    I think that's it :)

I do believe that's a MK2 Nomad, as the Mk1's had a regular 1'1/8th" head tube and that appears to have a 1.5", the reducer Hope headset gives it away

Ah ok, I was just going by what the guy I bought it off told me.

    Many thanks :D

Nice piece of kit Kev 8) .

Had the Nomad on my shopping list 'till I found a bargain I couldn't resist on a Spicy.
