Just been getting a Boardman FS 650B
Shocks are set at
F 70psi
R 125psi
are they good settings for me at 221lbs?
Standard Kit is
FORK:
RockShox Sektor Silver with Lockout
REAR SHOCK:
RockShox Monarch R - 130mm
Any good links to set up would be nice

Have a look on your forks, rockshox usually have a diagram of some sort to give you an incling of what you should set the psi at, I know Reba's have the grapth on it, my fronts 90psi as I only weigh 180ibs.'I'll trek two please....!
To HT or not to HT is the question...0 -
No way of telling. RS docas are usually a bit rubbish. Set the sag, then rebound about half way and experiment.I don't do smileys.

Measure the sag and set appropriately then tweak for your usage.....everything else is guessworkCurrently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

In my experience the pressures advised on the fork are way out . Learn how to set sag and work from there. 5 psi can make a big difference.0

This is from the rockshox website. It gives you a point to start from.0 -
Rear shock pressure should be adjusted until you have your desired sag . Somewhere in the region of 20 to 30% of available shock travel dependant on bike/use.Norco Aurum 3 viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=129395310
