My old K2 Proflex 4000 suspension bike, now retiring for my hard tail http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=12973367

It's served me well but having got back on a hard tail I don't think I could go back. Although in fairness I haven't ridden a more modern full suspension so who knows.

Haha wow, that's cool in an "only a mother could love it" kind of way.
Though if you were to jump on a modern full sus, you would notice a world of difference!

Mate of mine has a pair of forks like those - different make (french?) and they are the flexiest things around with no "lawyers lips" to hold the wheel in due to their age I guess. They are light though.

Bought new in 1996 still use it now and again around Cannock. It's OK on the old XC routes but not so hot on the official trails

Yep, came loaded with XT and LX, cost me a fortune.

Nice to see someone else is still getting some work out of one!
