I have some 9mm QR Reba's on my 456 but as I'm a fat bast@rd they flex a fair bit which can be offputting!
I was thinking about some QR Revelations (140/150 version), but as they're 32mm stanchions like the Reba, should I expect these to flex just as much?
I guess ideally I need to go 20mm axle, but I really like my XT wheelset and I can't afford new a new wheel and forks atm!

I'd think you'll be fine with them. I've got Rev's with a 15mm axle on my Mega and they're absolutely fine and I weigh over 100kg. Can't imagine the QR Revs will be much noodlier than the 15mm ones. These are the newest 2014 ones though so older ones may well be far worse.
I'd consider waiting until you can afford a new wheel and the fork. That way you can get the latest damper as well which I know is ace but I can't compare it to the older ones so for all I know it's not worth the extra.0 -
They are stiffer - length for the length. But they are longer so factor that in they could well be worse.0

Yeah that was my thinking.
Anyone know if the XT 9mm hub and 20mm hub have the same spoke diameter or whaterer.. ie, could I just get the lbs to swap out the hubs?0 -

Anyway, found out you mean the pitch circle diameter, but nope, can't see it on the tech documents for their XT hubs
