Can't tension spoke

My RS80s have gone out of true after going over a pothole. Worse is that a couple of nds spokes seem to have lost tension. No matter how much I tighten them they never gain any more tension (by their "tone").

Any ideas?

    Straight-pull spokes - you need a spoke clamp tool to stop the spoke from twisting whilst turning the nipple. Probably best taking wheel to your LBS who should have a suitable kit.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
