Macclesfield Forest & Peak District

Hi all,
I'm looking to do a decent ride taking in Macclesfield Forest and some of the Peak District in May/June.
This route is exactly what I was looking for: http://www.bikemaps.co.uk/peak-district ... biking.htm
However, unfortunately its a paper map only and I'd prefer a GPS route so that I can focus on the ride and not have to keep stopping to look at a map. I could buy the map and then try and create the GPS route from it, but I wondered if anyone may have done this conversion already and would be willing to share it with me.
If not, I'd appreciate any other similar GPS routes that take in both Macc. Forest and Part of the Peak District in one ride.
I have checked bikely and many other route sites, but cant find any that quite fit my requirements.
tia,
Andy

let me know and I'll send you the route if your not on Strava.
Thanks m8, thats just the kind of thing I was after, but as I will be travelling from stoke by train I wanted to make it a little more worth my while, so was hoping for atleast a 3hr ride. Having said that, I dont know the terrain of the area, so maybe that route would be challenging enough?
Thanks stubs, I keep forgetting about GPSies, I have found a couple of routes of interest.
Don't be put off by the time I took to ride it, I gave this route to a few mates and it took them around 3 hrs to ride.
You can extend the ride at various points as below.
