So i am just about to get a new set of 31.8 handlebars, more specifically the "Crank Brothers Iodine 1 AM Riser Handlebar", but i am unsure if the Shimano SRAM grip-shifts which i have are going to fit on this bar as my current one is a 25.4 bar. are the ends of bars all same diameter or am i going to need to get new shifters?

AFAIK the ends are all the same, just the middle is fatter. All grips are the same anyway.

Grip/control area is 22.2mm standard, you'll notice your current '25.4mm' bars are narrower at the grip/control area.
