HI there folks I'm trying to identify a frame from a bike i brought

On one handle bar grip it says DMR seems to fit their style.

Things i know

14" Ali Frame
26" Wheels
RST Forks
SRAM 3.0 8x2
Hammer Head Set

the logos on the frame and pedals

Does anyone have any idea of uses?

Brought this for 15 pounds so want to use for its purpose and make her new!

there is a sno on the underside around the crank case. it was an Sleezbay purchase. Many thanks for your help folks I'm off to the states for 7 weeks with work shortly I'm going to get her sprayed before i go and order new shinny bits for my return have her built and treat her to a rebuild. I've always ridden road and saw the chance of some adrenaline so thought it would be worth a punt.
