The tyres on my bike are pony. Fact! The bike feels soooooooo much slower than my mid 90's Spesh Rockhopper and I can only put this down to rolling resistance.

So, anyone recommend me some new rubber with less rolling resistance for road / trails / woods riding?

What's on now, and what's the budget?

The stock CST's are heavy and rather stiff, lost of choice depending on your usage and what your priorities are. A panaracer Fire XC pro is a good all rounder, can be had from about £12 in wire bead or £22 for lighter folding bead.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
