Hi Guys,

My names Dan and I am a final year product design student.

I have designed a small questionnaire to aid me in research for a university project. The project is to design a jersey/protection and will be exhibited at New Designers this year in London. It shouldnt take more than two minutes.

    Not all people in Lincoln are the same by the way haha

    There are too many mistakes in there, simple ones at that. Almost as though the OP doesn't actually care :/

    Done, a couple of little mistakes that proof reading would have highlighted, but overall I didn't think it was too bad.

    Done but its a pretty pointless survey that seems to wander between clothing and armour and is littered with spelling mistakes which are pretty easy to fix in the writing phase. Good luck with whatever you get from the survey.
