Would an Ultegra 6800 rear derailleur work on a 10 speed (5700) setup?

I guess I'm asking three things:
Is the cable pull ratio the same?
Will a 10 speed chain be too wide and need swapping for an 11 speed?
Can the limit screws be adjusted to use it with a narrower cassette?
Red bikes are the fastest.

Why is that? This is true for the front derailleur, but I've seen no mention for the rear.

No legitimate reason really. But my massive cage 105 derailleur bothers me a little, and an 11 speed derailleur would give more of an upgrade path than a 10 speed one.

Cable pulls are different so the indexing simply will not work well.
