Garmin Edge 205 battery

I have just aquired a s/h 205. The online manual does not give battery info. Battery ran flat after 5hrs use.
1) How long should it stay on for (when new)?
2) How long should I charge it for when flat?
3)Is the anywhere in Europe/UK that sells replacement batteries?
