Soft brakepads

Anyone know who does soft brakepads that dont wear away my rims?

  Swissstop Black - don't last long though and any pads will wear your rims away if you ride on dirty wet roads - pads like the Swissstops just wear them out a little more slowly.

  Faster than a tent.......
