Which Headest type for 09 GT Aggressor?

Still very new to bikes and have a simple question. :oops:
I have an 09 (I think)GT Aggressor XC3 frame, does anyone know offhand which headset type it requires?
I also have an 04 Carrera Kraken which appears to use a different type. Out of interest, does anyone know what type it is also?
Conventional, Integrated or Semi-Integrated - as much as I look online I still can't be sure.

Edit: figured out the Kraken via the Carrera thread, it's semi-intergrated I think, still nothing on the GT.
