Cheers fellas. Better nip to ye olde shoppe and buy some sweets first.
  • YouTube used to have all C4 tdf highlights, howeve it's been pulled never to be found again.

Most disappointing, I used to watch them on the rollers efforts with the breakaways and spin-ups on the ad theme tunes for 48mins great workout.

Given that you think Indurain won his first two Tours without EPO, I'd suggest you watch highlights of the 91, 92 and 93 Tours and see if you can spot any difference.

You're looking in the wrong place then.
Every Tour de France 1986-2005 (except 2004) Also large parts of 84 & 85 are incomplete. Mostly Channel 4, some SBS: http://www.youtube.com/user/chickasmith

I'm not sure why, but I just can't get excited by watching races unless they're live.

A cycling documentary, preferably historical, yes. Anyone got any biography stuff?

I really like this one. I’ve watched the whole stage 3 times now. It’s stage 20 of the 2012 Giro d'Italia. The one that finishes on Stelvio…

Sniff. And there was me posting Youtube vids from the Black Ark archive to you :-(

Anyway, I'm an ideas man. Most cycling is fairly boring. It's thinking about cycling that's interesting.

Yes - well, for that much appreciated contribution you granted yourself some considerable grace… but then you go close to blowing it in one go with comments like "Most cycling is fairly boring"…

Indurain singlehandedly destroying everyone from the front on La Plagne 1995

I'd say it is almost of critical political importance that El Rey is never deposed from his pedestal in Spain...

Oh I like to play agent provocateur every now and again. El Rey is dead, long live El Rey.

    And I'm a republican anyway.....

But here's some cycling reggae for you

This just shows that J Rod just lacks the killer instinct. If he'd have gone just 2 mins earlier he would have won the Giro instead of Ryder.

In the interests of latin balance, here's the King of Italy - for all the Italians in the house…

Go from 16'00" if you want the juicy bit.

What he did here, basically, was what all the fuss was about...

    Basically a velodrome but - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2rg2kuNUtM (and that's a nothing race)

Been watching a lot of that. Some how hearing some Alabama Monkey going " wellsheeiity'allgawdaammn that was some hairy Nawscar actioyn riiight there" just makes it better....

shame they don't do that thing where they push the car in front around any more though....
