Canyon Nerve AL 8.9 29er - anyone got one?

I'm am about to order one of these...hopefully.
I have read all the great reviews about this bike and how it is a real mile eater. This is what I primarily want from it to be fair - 30-50k rides in the Dales with the typical mix of singletrack and double track. I go a trail centre every other month I would say too.
Does anyone have any real experience of this bike and what it is like to ride? Would you go for one model in the range over another?
This will be my first 29er (not even riden one yet!) but from what I gather it seems to be the best way to go for my riding.
