Happy Christmas Everyone>
As anyone bought themselves or will be receiving anything nice, cycling related?
I snook myself a set of Ksyriums under the tree (well into the shed). My little girls rocking horse has gone into the box. Hope Mrs W doesn't notice its got Mavic Stickers all over it when the paper comes off and ask too many questions. (the box not the horse, Grace will probably put Zipp stickers on that)0 -
Happy Christmas to one and all
Not much cycle related here. There was a set of mudguards and a winter jersey on my Christmas list if I've been good for Santa ...0 -

I had a plan. You know a proper plan:
8.00 Get up, coffee, eat, get kids up
9.00 Feed kids
9.20 Open kiddie presents
10.00 Pack OH and kiddies off to granny's
10.15 Short Cycle Ride on quiet roads
11.15 Shower
11.30 Eat (again)
12.00 Pick up OH and kiddies
12.30 Pick up Mum
12.45 Put roast on
14.15 Put roast spuds on... etc etc
But that plan never got off the ground because of the kitchen. Yes, a complete little 'cottage' kitchen from the ELC.
We started said kitchen at 9.15pm last night. Me thought it would be an allen key job and a bit of assembly.
Ha, all the best laid plans of mice and men. We had to assemble the thing from scratch, finished at 1.30am
So today is completely out of kilter.
Merry Christmas!seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
seasons greetings one and all. Peace be with you.
kids are watching toy story 3 and I'm surfing for a deal on new hubs for a set of deep section carbons. This is all on the QT mind as expenditure has not been approved by the Treasurer!0 -
Junior is is playing on her new cheapo laptop, wifey is in the kitchen being argumentative so I'm staying out of the way for a bit. she's due to Skype my useless tw@t of a brother in law in the States later where I'll remind him subtly in front of his family that the c**** owes me 5 big ones. I'm full of the Christmas spirit, me "I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0
