the one this month is there any news on it yet? I'm sure there is probably a thread somewhere but a search yields over 2000 hits so could one of the regulars point me in the right direction. Thanks.

    Closed hearing. Bruyneel and co didn't attend in person as they their lawyers handle the proceedings. Testimony from Hamilton, Landis and co. via video link up.

    A decision won't be delivered for a month or so.

    There is no requirement to release the evidence only a summary of the judgment and sentence.

    He probably has an injunction out on the reporting of it anyway.

    There is nothing wrong with his hearing. He was always able to pass the riders what they asked for.
