Rookie inner tube question

Hello, apologies as I'm sure this has been asked hundreds of times.
I have Giant S-R4 tyres that are 700x25c size. I was in the lbs and grabbed some tubes but got the wrong size I think, on the box it says 700/20/28C. Does that mean it is for anything between 20 and 28? So mine being 25 will be okay?

Yep, you're correct. They'll be fine on your 25s
