Hub Service Query

I'm trying to service the rear hub, and replace the freehub on the wheels that came off the XC Pro but having a little trouble getting inside it! It's a Specialized STOUT hub if that helps. I've loosened and completely removed the small grubs screws you can see and tried pulling on either side but not luck. Also tried twisting each end anti-clockwise with two sets of pliers but no luck their either.
There's no flat sides for a cone spanner, just completely round.
I thought the ends were meant to just pull off once the grubs had come out but they may have just seized up over time. Anyone have any ideas? Help appreciated as usual!

remove grub screws and tap the axle out."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Ah ok thanks for that Nick, does it matter which side you do it from?0

It's usually the non-drive side first - at least that's what I did earlier, although mine used cone spanners so I only needed to undo one side.Whyte 29-CS • Canyon Ultimate • #CCWMTB • Strava Profile0
