But how do I know what size my stem is?

    option 1 - measure it from c-c
    option 2 - look closely at it - it might be written on it.

    You're talking about 0.1mm so I'd say so.

    Oversized handlebars are actually 31.75mm (1.25") in diameter. Most companies choose to round up the number but some choose to round down. Go figure!
