Tyre question

I have a pair of wire bead tyre that has around 1300km mileage on it that I had kept for around 1 year plus, because of the intention of trying folding bead so I left it there, now that the folding ones need replacement already so I would like to just swap in the pair of the wired one instead of buying a new pair. Is the tyre still safe to use ?

    The age of the tire isn't a problem unless it is brittle or cracking.
    As for its being 'safe' - probably just as safe as when it was last used.
