Ebay Cree 1600 lumen £15 lights for the front lights seem a good buy.
But is there a rear red eqivalent thats abit brighter than the cheapo one you get for free as extra when you order the front lights?
Something for under £15 say but very bright like the expensive branded ones etc.

Smart lunar or moon crescent if you want to go rechargeable.
Cree is good if you are on unlit road or mountain biking at night. Complete overkill if you are in town / street lit areas as it is too bright - I'd go with a moon crescent if you are in town.Bianchi Infinito CV

+1 on the smart Lunar, I went with the R1 for £12.99 from CRC.

Another one over the £15 budget, but I got the Moon Shield 60 for around £27. It's proper, proper bright and a good replacement for my knackered magicshine- I like itcheers

Factor in the cost of batteries. Ok they aren't all that expensive but there is an eventual cost.

Lezyne Zecto rear light. £24 from ribble, rechargeable battery. Lots of different modes and is more than bright enough. I've just got one for those murky/foggy days and I'm very impressed with it.***** Pro Tour Pundit Champion 2020, 2018, 2017 & 2011 *****0
