Diary of a winter training ride excerpt #1...

Went out in the feezing gale and odd spots of rain. Brutal ride and yet I feel more alive since the ride than before it despite being mashed.
Now it is beautiful autumn sunshine and the wind has dropped. B****rds B****rds B****rds (I don't know who the B****rds are but I just said it). Typical.

    Spectacular rainbow over Coniston this afternoon, closely followed by spectacular amounts of rain, and wind, and hail.
