Red rubber grease is the best waterproof grease, in sealed bearing hubs it's only usually the freewheel mechanism that needs lubing anyway, the grease otherwise just stops corrosion!
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

Hope used to reomend a light oil for the pawls. Grease can be a pain as it stops the pawls moving. Or can do if too much is used.

They recommended a waterproof grease when I asked them, I only put a small amount in anyway

You want an oil on the pawls and a waterproof grease, e.g. silicone grease on the seals. If water is getting to the pawls then it's getting to the bearings too; prevention is the key here.
