Bit disappointed by trunk bag...

Just arrived from Edinburgh Bike Co-op.

I know it's only a 6 litre bag but was expecting it to be a bit bigger :?

    I know what you mean.

    I went to ASDA yesterday and bought a 4 pint carton of milk.

    It didn't even give me 2.3 litres

    Both of these crossed my mind when I read the phrase. Somehow neither seemed enormously useful on a bicycle.

    Mine's a 3.9 and I struggle to get more than two folk in. Now I'm disappointed lol.
  • Going to sound like an AH here, but you wouldn't be disappointed if you'd bought one from a shop. Jus' saying :wink:

    Do people still use those? That would involve RRP, I cannot say I've paid that for.... well, since the internet started valuing goods for manufacturers.

    Carradice Caradura is a reasonable size, but still no match for a single side pannier bag - more aero and more convenient at times though.
