Tour route presentation always shines a beam through the dark nights to come, to those summer days
Marks the start of my winter training - thermals all round
Funny how little racing /communication we used to have. It would be a half page on Lombardy in Cycling Weekly then nothing until the route was announced. Now we've got snoopers phoning hotels in Nimes to see if they are booked up on a certain day in July!
