Can't believe some of the new laws the UCI are passing under Cookson's charge. They just don't seem to be getting to the heart of it. Regulation 4.07.04 for example ; Maxime Bouet has special dispensation not to wear a helmet when he's just had his hair done . It's madness

You'd have thought that if you wanted to stamp down on carbon, encouraging carbon pedals is the way forward ? Usual muddled thinking from the UCI, nothing's changed mutter mutter etc...0 -
