New Rear Wheel

Here goes.
As the winter draws in (more and more rapidly) I am spending more and more time on the turbo trainer and using TrainerRoad (love it). I am, however, getting well and truly fed up of having to change the rear tyre every time I want to go for a ride outside or on the trainer (I have a turbo specific tyre).
As such, can anyone point me in the direction of a cheap, 10spd Shimano compatible, rear wheel that my turbo tyre can live on?
Following on from this, can anyone advise whether or not I will need to re index/alter limits on the derailleur for different wheels? I don't want to have to do this every time I want to use my turbo!

Shimano R501's from Ribble were the cheapest reasonable wheels I could find when I was assembling my winter bike build. £70 for the pair IIRC.0

I'd get the cheapest, nastiest 700c rear wheel on ebay I could find. Shoot for £25, I think you'll get it!- - - - - - - - - -
