    It just seems to keep happening on a fairly regular basis, one minute all is normal, relatively speaking, then everything goes strange, a kind of altered reality, then I emerge from this, only to find that I appear to have been away for 7.5 hours, and I am being offered coffee and sustenance. It seems to happen after it gets dark and I return in the light, and if it happens again I will of course let you know.

    So thank you for your kind words of welcome, it's good to be.

    I went (to sleep) I came back (woke up) I was welcomed back, people thought I had been ill, and were concerned (a bit) and now I feel a louse (well not that bad obviously) :D
