Here are some pics of my 456 evo 2. I bought the frame the day it was released and had all the components ready for the build so I could get it done on my 3 weeks off work but that never happened. So it was part built then completed a few weeks ago! This is my first attemp at building a bike and it wasn't as straight forward as I expected it to be but I got there in the end.
Spec as follows
On one 456 evo 2 Matt raw 18"
Full slx 2 x 10 groupset including brakes and rotors
Superstar bars cut to 740mm
Superstar stem 55mm
Superstar grips
Crank brothers head set
Superstar nano pedals
Superstar seat post and qr clamp
Sdg falcon ti saddle
Rock shox revelations RLT 150mm 15mm through axel
Superstar wheels with switch evo hubs
Racing Ralph 2.25 tyres trailstar/pacestar
Probalbly missed some stuff out but u will see with the pics. I also have a set of hope pro 2 on stans flow being buit atm and they will be going on shortly to replace the ss wheels witch will go on my other ht.
Cable ties have been replaced

Making a few changes over the next few days. My hope pro 2 on stans flows are ready to be picked up from the wheel builder. I am thinking of fitting conti x-kings or rubber queens not sure what ones to get but probably will be the 2.4 version. Anyone any guidance on which to get?
Also got a set of xt shifters and an xt clutch mech but not sure if I should fit these to my other ht as all the parts on the 456 are new.

For the tyres either are good but I'd advise getting the black chilli compound, super grippy0

Thanks. It's the black chill ones i am ordering wouldn't bother with other compounds as they are crap! Had cheap ones before and it was rather scary in the wet!
