Can't post New Topic on Classifieds.

Have signed in on the control panel user groups section but still can't open a new topic , have bought and sold on here quite a bit with no problems. Any idea what I need to do ?

  You need to choose to access it now, should be an option in your profile, once you've done it you won't have to do it again.
