So just the Morocan and Thai nomination to remove
Such a change requires a two-thirds majority for it to be ratified at UCI Congress before the presidency vote. McQuaid’s opponents were last night confident he stood no chance of getting it agreed, something which would allow Cookson to stand unopposed for the presidency.
