Dunce question about the classifieds

OK so I've not used the classifieds to sell anything for a while and I can't figure it out.

When I go to the right section there is no button to create a new topic like there is in the rest of the forum. So how the hell do you create a thread to sell something?

    Think you have to go into your user control panel and add summat for the classifieds forum

    Under User Groups.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    I presume you can't see the huge red writing in the board index under classifieds?
